I am from Louisville Colorado and attended CU years ago. My roots are here in Colorado and when I can I really enjoy sharing new things to do in Colorado. I would like to share an event that is held every summer that I love to attend. It is the Royal Gorge Holly Smoke BBQ Showdown in Canon City.
